Lot 30, Rito Lady TL 57, a 2-6-05 Stevenson Benchmark N190 daughter, out of a Papa Rito 7046 E 7882 cow, tracing back to the productive Hinman genetics, bred to Trowbridge Crusader 614, with her 5-5-08 BCC New Design 208 810-482 heifer calf at side, sold for $2,400 to The Archer Angus Farms, Chesterville, ME. This package represents one of the up and coming Accelerated Genetics & Trowbridge herd sire-Crusader 614, as well as the up and coming Trowbridge & Deer Valley herd sire New Design 482. Congratulations to The Archer Angus Farms on their new purchase!
Trowbridge Angus also purchased the Lot 4 heifer from the sale, from McGee Farms, MF BIF Saugahatchee M33 U12. Trowbridge Angus & McGee Farms decided to do a partnership donation of this heifer back to a deserving New England Junior Angus member who wrote the best essay on why they loved Angus cattle. Congratulations goes to the winner picked on August 24-Cody Mills of Maine.
